All packages are shipped using either FedEx or UPS priority overnight, Monday - Thursday and usually arrive by 12. Saturday deliveries can be arranged if desired but are discouraged. I use industry standards packing materials including heat / cool packs when appropriate. I have experience with successful packing techniques that will assure a happy live arrival for all specimens. In the unlikely event of a Dead on Arrival, I must receive a clear photo within 2 hours of delivery. Please hold on to the deceased coral until told to dispose of it. Once I receive the clear photos, a replacement order (when available) will be setup or full store credit, less shipping cost, will be sent at my discretion.
Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
MY DOA EVEN APPLIES ON CARRIER SHIPPING DELAYS. I don’t believe the buyer should be stuck with the bill when a carrier error occurs. I got you covered!
I can hold corals for up to two weeks from the time of payment. After that point I hold the right to resell the item and a store credit will be issued.
